The location was superb, a breezy walk from major attractions. The laundry facilities were a real lifesaver, and the staff were genuinely helpful, especially a young executive who went out of his way to assist us.

It would be better if there was more flexibility with check-in and check-out times.

Our stay was enriched by the spacious suite with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook during our four nights in the city. The room was clean, and the friendly staff made our experience even better.

A musty smell lingered in the room, cleanliness was lacking with food crumbs on cushions!!! The air conditioning malfunctioned, the reception only opens at 3pm, and there's no housekeeping during the stay!!!

I mean, what kind of hotel expects guests to juggle their bags without assistance. And where's my welcome drink or even a smidge of special treatment? I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn't.

Huge room with a fantastic jacuzzi in the bath area. The kitchenette had all the amenities we needed. Loved that it was only a short stroll from great ramen spots, like Shingen and Ebisoba Ichigen.
