missingWrote a review on 14 Febgreat locationhelpful stafflaundry facilitieslimited flexibility
The location was superb, a breezy walk from major attractions. The laundry facilities were a real lifesaver, and the staff were genuinely helpful, especially a young executive who went out of his way to assist us.
It would be better if there was more flexibility with check-in and check-out times.

A musty smell lingered in the room, cleanliness was lacking with food crumbs on cushions!!! The air conditioning malfunctioned, the reception only opens at 3pm, and there's no housekeeping during the stay!!!

the air conditioning was broken, shocking for a so-called five-star hotel. I also can't believe how poorly they manage luggage pre-3pm. I mean, what kind of hotel expects guests to juggle their bags without assistance. And where's my welcome drink or even a smidge of special treatment? I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn't.

Huge room with a fantastic jacuzzi in the bath area. The kitchenette had all the amenities we needed. Loved that it was only a short stroll from great ramen spots, like Shingen and Ebisoba Ichigen.
Thoroughly pleased.

The apartment hotel offered a spacious living area perfect for our group, and the nearby convenience stores made it easy to grab essentials. However, a few amenities like a drying rack in the kitchen would enhance the overall experience, as would more flexible front desk hours.

great location but missing some amenities
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The suite featured a large refrigerator, perfect for storing snacks and drinks, adding to the comfort of the experience. The city view from my room was breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop during my downtime.
The lack of a welcome drink on arrival felt like a missed opportunity for special treatment.

Ideal Family Retreat with Great Amenities
Our family of five truly enjoyed the spacious two-bedroom suite, complete with a fully stocked kitchen. The large refrigerator made it easy to keep our favorite snacks on hand. The location couldn’t be better—just a stroll away from popular ramen shops and convenient stores. Pro tip, take advantage of the in-suite laundry!

The suite provided a spacious environment for work, featuring a kitchenette and ample space for relaxation. It was conveniently located near popular attractions like Ramen Alley and Sapporo Factory, making it easy to explore the area. The warmth of the building was notably welcoming, especially during the cold weather outside.
There was a lack of flexibility with early check-in.
